Dr Simeon Uzunov

Clinical allergology

Dr. Simeon Uzunov is specialist allergist in Sofia with more than 10 years of experience.
He performs diagnostics, prophylaxis and treatment of severe bronchial asthma, allergic
rhinitis, urticaria, drug allergy, food allergy, allergic dermatitis, insect allergy, angioedema.
He also delivers specific immunotherapy for bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis, with
house dust mites and pollen. Furthermore, Dr. Uzunov also deals with skin allergy testing
(skin allergy samples): inhaled, food allergens, anaesthetics for local and general
anaesthesia, contrasts for imaging. Dr. Uzunov also works with children above 12 years
old.

Education

He graduates from Medical Faculty at Thracian University Stara Zagora in 1996 and later
completed his speciality – allergology.

He has also participates regularly in numerous national and international congresses and
seminars in the field of clinical allergology;

Biography

Since 2014, Dr. Uzunov works at Clinic of Clinical Allergology at University General Hospital
for Active Treatment “Aleksandrovska” and Diagnostic consultative Center
“Aleksandrovska”. From 2016 he is assistant at Department of Clinical Allergology at Sofia
Medical University. He has also practiced at 14th DCC in Sofia.
