3. User(s) – any person who visits and uses the Website in any manner whatsoever, including persons who access the Website through redirection from another website.
4. General Terms and Conditions – these General Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of the Users of the Website of HERA MEDICAL CENTER. The General Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between the User and HERA MEDICAL CENTER and determine the rights and obligations of the User when using the Website.

MEDICAL CENTER HERA is the exclusive owner of the name “Hera clinics”, which is a registered combined and word trademark at the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as related logos, visual elements, graphic symbols, and all designations used on the website. Nothing in these General Terms or in the website content shall be interpreted as granting a license or right to use this trademark without prior written consent from MEDICAL CENTER HERA.

3. The User is prohibited from copying, storing, publishing, modifying, distributing, or otherwise using the materials, texts, images, or other parts of the website content. Such actions constitute a violation of applicable law and the rights of MEDICAL CENTER HERA. In case of violation, MEDICAL CENTER HERA has the right to terminate access to the website with immediate effect, without prior notice and without owing compensation, as well as to claim damages for all losses and lost profits.
