Hera Medical Center celebrates 6 years!

On September 16, 2025, Hera Medical Center celebrates its sixth anniversary – the sixth year in which we walk side by side with our patients, colleagues, and partners.

Partnerships and clinical studies

Since 2023, Hera Medical Center has been part of the Bulgarian Prime Site of IQVIA – a global leader in analytics, technology solutions, and clinical research services. IQVIA has approximately 87,000 employees in more than 100 countries, and the Bulgarian Prime Site is the 19th in Europe.

In 2025, we took another important step – Hera Medical Center officially joined the prestigious international program PPD Select Partnership, led by PPD – part of the clinical research business of Thermo Fisher Scientific, a global leader in clinical trials.

The signed collaboration charter aims to deepen the strategic partnership through:

• Increasing opportunities to participate in international clinical studies and access to innovative therapies;

• Expanding patients’ access to new medicinal products and therapies;

• Improving organizational processes and efficiency in conducting studies;

• Sustainable development through shared goals, information exchange, and regular strategic meetings.

As part of the program, Hera Medical Center works in close collaboration with the team of PPD Strategic Site Collaborations to ensure high quality in the conduct of clinical studies and to actively contribute to the development of medical science for the benefit of patients in Bulgaria.

Branch 2 in Sofia

As a natural continuation of our commitment to being closer to our patients, we also opened a new branch in Sofia – at 51 Makgahan Street, in close proximity to Hera Pharmacy 2.

The new branch is equipped with modern equipment and offers a calm and comfortable environment that combines convenience with professionalism. Among the new services is also X-ray diagnostics with a latest-generation device that provides exceptionally precise images with minimal radiation exposure – a guarantee of fast, accurate, and safe diagnostics.
