Education

She graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 2001. She completed fellowships in Pneumology and Phthisiology in 2017 after specializing in the Pulmonology Department at Acibadem City Clinic Tokuda Hospital in the team of Assoc. Prof. Natalia Stoeva.

Qualifications

Non-invasive ventilation courses for chronic respiratory failure and sleep apnea in Sofia and Hamburg;
Certificates of participation in congresses of the European Respiratory Society and the Bulgarian Society of Pulmonary Diseases;
Member of the Bulgarian Medical Association;
Participation in numerous national congresses and seminars on the specialty;

Biography

Dr. Ilieva-Georgieva has worked at CEMC Pernik, CEMC Sofia, and UMHAT St. Anna, Sofia. Until 2021, she practiced at the Pulmonary Hospital, Sofia Region and Acibadem City Clinic with DCC Tokuda. Currently, she is part of the team of specialists at Hera Medical Center, Sofia.
