Dr. Kiril Palaveev is a pulmonologist based in Sofia with more than 25 years of experience. He can examine and diagnose patients with respiratory conditions, such as bronchial asthma, inflammatory and allergic diseases, tuberculosis, etc. Dr. Palaveev accepts adult patients only.

Education

Dr. Palaveev graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 1991. Later specialized in Internal diseases and Pneumology and phthisiology, and obtained his diplomas respectively in 1999 and 2006.

Qualifications

1995 – Bronchology certificate;
Conventional fibrobronchoscopy certificate – level I and Interventional pulmonology – level II;
Member of the Bulgarian Medical Association, the Bulgarian Respiratory Diseases Society and the European Respiratory Society;
Participated in national and international congresses and seminars;

Biography

Dr. Palaveev works in the Pneumophthisiatric clinic of “SHATPPD – Sofia” and in Medical Center “Pirdop”. He also participated in the Tuberculosis prevention and control program in Bulgaria between 2017 and 2020. He is now part of Medical Center Hera’s team in Sofia.
